SODA united
with Everpress to raise money and awareness for The Childhood Trust –
a fundraising and grant-making group who work with grassroots charities to help
alleviate child poverty in London. Under the theme ‘Sanctuary’, a number of
high-profile designers, illustrators and collaborators were invited to create
one-off artworks, that were screen-printed on limited edition t-shirts for sale
to the general public.
Alongside SODA,
the creative list included artists
Corin Kennington and Jonny Gent; designers Hato, Pentagram, Lovers and Here
Design; illustrators Inari Sirola, Jamie Edler and Lawrence Slater;
photographer Lewis Khan; and architects DK-CM and Zaha Hadid – each working to
representing their idea of Sanctuary
The campaign
gained international media coverage and became the most popular campaign of the
year, raising over £20k for the charity.
