Polpetto

Working in close collaboration with restaurateur Russell Norman, we developed and refurbished this narrow site on Berwick Street Market into a 60-cover restaurant to give the acclaimed Soho venture dedicated premises, infused with Venetian character.

We created a bar made of carved Italian marble and lined with bespoke, hand-turned wooden stools. Beyond, leather-clad benches, punctuated by moulded, zinc tabletops create space to socialise. Downstairs leads to the kitchen and a more intimate dining space, complete with views of the chefs at work.
