MYO

MYO Victoria is the first offering into the flexible office market from property giants Landsec. The 40,000 sqft scheme is spread over 2 floors of the distinctive 123 Victoria Street, built in 1977 with distinct glazed bays that define the façade. Working closely with the client, we developed a concept which uses these strong architectural lines throughout the space and provide a rhythm that is combined with the softer elements of the material palette to create a space which is naturally light and conducive to communal working.

A large central atrium is the focal point of the space, dressed with lightweight curtains and bespoke tubular framework to provide consistency throughout. This contrasts with the natural mature timbers and polished concrete floors with hints of pop colour and texture appearing within the joinery pieces and lighting.

The insertion of a bespoke feature stair links both floors to the communal areas with a delicate structural skeleton that hangs the folded stair in position.
