Our extension and remodelling of this 1970’s house, situated on a private road in Kingston-upon-Thames, has created a spacious one-off family home.

We replaced a lean-to conservatory with a kitchen / dining area and transformed an existing garage into a family space.

Through the removal of intermediate walls and the insertion of corner glazing, an extensive roof light and glazed sliding doors, we created fluidity between living spaces and flooded them with natural light. Inside we have transformed the internal spaces, including a main entrance hall, with minimal detailing and bespoke joinery.

The handmade brick sourced for the front and rear extensions is cohesive with the brickwork of the original house, whilst the clean detailing sets the contemporary design apart.
