Clarendon Yards Branding

As part of a meanwhile space series, Clarendon Yards is the next of Nick Hartwrights ventures. Located in the heart of Wood Green’s existing creative quarter, Clarendon Yards will feature a bustling street food market, an outdoor bar, hop garden, events and performance space, community allotments and 40,000 square foot of affordable creative workspace.

The Clarendon Yards identity was designed using the outline of the building fascia, in keeping with The Silver Building, the predecessor. Avenir was selected as a typeface for the pure geometric letter forms, which work in harmony with the clean lines and simplicity of the icon. The direct extraction of the building fabric informed the graphic language, window framework is used as a holding device within the posters and marketing literature.
